Filip Polc has won the first ever City Downhill World Tour event, the famous Descida das Escadas de Santos in Brasil. Reversing the results of qualifying, the Polcster set a new course record to take the win ahead of 1st place qualifier Mick Hannah, who failed to match his qualy time. Tomas Slavik's massive crash in qualifying while not causing major damage obviously slowed the Czech rider down for the race run.

While we await the official edits, here is a full course run with Filip Polc and his crazy 360 degree helmet cam. Keep your elbows tucked in for this one yeow!
