FINAL RESULTS: Sam Hill and Cecile Ravanel Win EWS Petzen / Jamnica

After two days of racing, six stages and over 100 kms of riding, it all boiled down to 10 seconds.

FINAL RESULTS: Sam Hill and Cecile Ravanel Win EWS Petzen / Jamnica

Martin Maes went on the charge early, winning the first two stages of the final day of racing to pull to within just 1.6 seconds of Sam Hill's lead, but Hill struck back on the 18-minute monster last stage to put the race away for good. Robin Wallner also took advantage of the final stage to climb onto the last spot on the podium, while Eddie Masters lost over a minute here to slip down to 7th in the final standings. In the women's, Cecile Ravanel dropped the first stage to Isabeau Courdurier, but from then on it was business as usual for the Commencal rider as she went on to win the remaining two stages and take the overall victory by a commanding margin over Isabeau in second. Casey Brown was charging hard all week and earned herself a spot on the podium for the first time in the 2018 series. Listen in below as we catch up with the riders and stay tuned for more in-depth coverage dropping later.
