FINAL RESULTS: Richie Rude and Isabeau Courdurier Win EWS Whistler

The world's fastest enduro racers rolled into Whistler for the 6th round of the 2019 Enduro World Series, and were greeted by some of the longest stages ever raced and tricky conditions to further add to the challenge. After two days of intense racing, Richie Rude and Isabeau Courdurier found themselves once again standing on the top step of the podium, having stamped their authority on the rest of the field and avoiding any last minute disasters, even though Isabeau went down hard on the very last stage and came close to throwing it all away. Sam Hill and Eddie Masters had a close fight for second which ended in favor of the Thunder from Down Under, while Noga Korem and Andreane Lanthier Nadeau provided similar fireworks in the women's category after each having snatched stage wins away from Isabeau.

In the overall series standings, both Eddie Masters and Sam Hill have clawed some points back from series leader Florian Nicolai who finished 9th here in Whistler, while Isabeau and Noga have further padded their first and second places, respectively. With two rounds still to go, anything could happen although Isabeau has all but sewn up the overall in the women's.
