Hot news from Andorra as Commencal extends its "Commencal Care" program to many locations around the world, including the USA. Under the terms of the program, the direct-sales brand is aiming to provide as complete a service as possible to its customers, and that extends to paying for shop time to help fix problems that the customer is not skilled enough or otherwise equipped to do. Yes, you read that right - if the customer service team validates your problem and the fact that you cannot resolve it by yourself with their guidance, they will authorize you to visit a shop of your choosing and to send Commencal the bill. This even includes initial bike set-up and settings, although we'd imagine that most direct-sales customers will at least be able to manage to get their new bike rolling with a little bit of guidance over the phone (especially since they are typically sold 90% assembled).
