haha! During my research Canyon and Acros came up as offenders on a lot of occasions.

But it was a Cannondale Topstone Al with a 41.8x30.2x6.3 45x45° bearing.
For example, Enduro Bearings doesn't even make this one.
I found PRO, M-wave, AIRE VELO. None are reputable bearing brand in my mind.
OEM headset maker Tange Seiki is unavailable in my region.

Oh yeah thats quite a bit thinner than a standard "Campagnolo" pattern bearing which is around 8mm. Likely not as durable either though! You should be able to use one of those in its place, it will just lift the top cap about 1mm which might not be ideal but probably give better bearing life.
