Hahahahaha! Kevin Aiello just started using the system Big Bird and loves it so much that he wants to bring the enduro look to the road scene. Studies really do show that nose breathing is much better than mouth breathing. don't take my word for it though. goggle nose breathing and you'll find tons of info on the benefits
