Courtney also signed with Scott before she won worlds. She made it public that specialized tried to get her to stay, but the contract was already finalized.
Specialized also made public that Kate Courtney would’ve refused any offers anyways after the now replaced team manager had fired her mechanic brad. Not that anyone would have to be kind of stupid not to join the Scott Xc program if it was an option.

Kate herself said that her contract with Speshy did not include a salary, only bonus schedules for performance.
I just don't see Martin fitting in with the Syndicate.
I could see him at Specialized for sure...
Oh I was joking. I don't see him going to such a DH focused team.
He could fit in well with Norco considering the Range is now being used for both EWS and WC, and he's been known to do a bit of both. They also don't have anyone like him on the men's EWS side of things. Though I don't think he would get on particularly well with that big of a bike for enduro considering his set up on the Force.
Orbea's been the team mentioned the most for him, but that still raises questions about Evan Wall and the next PB Academy rider.

Connor to Forbidden?
He seemed to race almost more enduro than downhill this year. + there seems to be more and more forbidden riders around bromont...

Just listened to the Downtime podcast with Connor's mechanic, towards the end of the show he mentions he has some prototype stuff and "some things" in the works. During the podcast he mentions Connor alot and talks very highly of him while mentioning the other Kona riders as "athletes" mostly.
Sounds like their sticking together with either a, whole new program or new frames at least.

Maybe he's going to ride WeAreOne next year? In an interview with Dustin Adams earlier this year, I heard it mentioned that their riders were racing prototype 170mm versions of the Arrival, and they were working on a DH version as well.
It hasn't been confirmed publicly as far as I know but its what I have heard, fairly confidently from multiple people.

Norco could make sense, if you scroll back prior to the reality tv show he had a Norco
Yeah he used to be on the CNES development team (not sure what the actual name was) that was sponsored by Norco. I think Emmett Hancock was actually on that team too.

Orbea now has a new team member every year, even tho martin maes is going there now.
Cam Zink mentioned at rampage that he had a new frame deal he’d be announcing in about a month. It’s been longer than that, but he recently posted a picture on Instagram of an out of focus bike on his Caddy with the caption ‘dream rides.’ Can anyone figure out what the frame is? Looks like a high pivot bike to me, can’t make out any specifics though. Y’all are a lot smarter than me. I’d post the photo but I’m on mobile and not a smart man.
Martin Maes liking basquemtb guide’s Instagram pictures on Orbea. Basquemtb is highly into Orbea, also doing the release video’s on new bikes coming out. I think Maes is definitely heading to Orbea.
This one is a stretch BUT: PFP is on Reunion racing the Megavalanche (and maybe qualie'd 3rd?) and appears to be dating Kilian Bron (and is hanging out w/ the Commencal crew). Makes me wonder if Commencal is going to put together an XC team?
So let me kick this off...
Maes to syndicate
It was in the Red Bull series, Fast Life.
I could see him at Specialized for sure...

It was said a while ago that Oton will retire and that Maes will go to Orbea. This was before Oton retiring. Therefore...

Maybe Evan wall to Devinci?
probably "the dream", "actually the best thing ever"

He's been there before, and his dad was (is?) the USA distributor for Ohlins.
