Definitely Ergon saddle and grips. Might be an E13 cassette. Rubber looks like Maxxis.

Brakes may be SRAM?

He's been on E13 and Ergon for a while (also got me to try Ergon grips and saddle and I'm sold, so sponsorship worked!)

That's actually not bad if you ask me, lower than what I expected. Was this with a shock?

I believe prices included shocks. DHX2 for DH and X2 for enduro.
Send me a pm with your email address and I can forward you the pdf if you want.

99% sure they're the Hayes Dominion Brakes that he has been on for two years since they're not blurred. Also, considering if you're on any one of the three - Sram, Shimano or TRP - drivetrain; chances are you're on their brakes too. And since his drivetrain is all E13 and Rotor stuff (as pictured) i have no reason to think he'd be on something other than the Hayes hes been running.

One Wibmer was not enough for Canyon:
--------------------------------------------
Press Release from Rasoulution:

Photo

The new year marks the start of a new journey for Gabriel Wibmer who has made the switch to Canyon bikes. The 18-year-old from East Tyrol is stoked to be able to place all of his various bike needs under the roof of one brand. As his followers know the trials bike will be a favourite, he also can’t wait to maintain his downhill skills with the Sender or shred the Torque and Spectral. Gabriel appreciates the bike diversity by the brand from Koblenz, Germany and is super stoked to be part of the Canyon family.

"The anticipation of working with Canyon is huge. I can hardly wait to ride the trials bike and I'm very happy that Canyon has a suitable bike for every discipline I do – the trials bike, the Spectral, the Freeride as well as the DH bike and many more – that’s a dream coming true.” — Gabriel Wibmer

The Canyon team as well as MTB Brand Manager – Gravity, Jack Noy, are excited where the 18-year-old’s creativity and skills will lead him to: “We are hugely excited that Gabriel is joining his cousin, Fabio, in the Canyon family. Gabriel’s creativity and skill on the bike stand out for us - and his positive attitude to riding make him a great fit for the Canyon CLLCTV. We can’t wait to start working together and look forward to seeing what he gets up to in 2021 and beyond!”

Have we heard any updates or rumors re: Katy Winton? When healthy, she’s a consistent top 5 threat which should make her a great signing. Kind of surprised no one has snapped her up.

Is she off Trek? I don't remember hearing that if she is.

Yeah, it was announced prior to Loris joining. It was bundled with the announcement that Ethan Shandro was still recovering from concussion symptoms.

So Vali is still on SRAM TLD RS and Fiveten. Does that leave anything else open besides a new framedeal on the SRAM-TLD program?

|

Vali will ride Trek frames in 2021

What about Giant? For the moment just Dickson is in the team.

My prediction is the junior Matt Sterling consolidates in the team with a future promise to be a top rider.

And a top10 WC rider as main rider for the team.

Ahh yes, you're right I missed that announcement. I think it would be super cool if she'd somehow pair up with Ella Connolly and Martha Gill. An all lady ripper team that would be untouchable in the mud would be cool. Not that I think it'll ever happen.

What makes you think it's Forestal?

But Forestal runs carbon frames and is an e-bike company (based on what they showed until now), focusing on enduro and trail MTBs and city foldable bikes, given their website.

It is true that the prototype of the Syrion was CNCed, I'll give you that, but is there any value in having a DH team for an e-bike company??

If this was EWS or e-EWS I'd agree in a heart beat. With DH it's a bit harder for me. But stranger things have happened...

any news on Jamie Edmondson? maybe replace mike jones on MS Mondraker with Laurie?

As shown above: same suspension design and looks, proto stage on cnc, they were running production privee components (bar and stem) and enduro trainingbike last year and the team being based on Catalunya which is near Andorra makes sense to me

Forestal aims to be first of all a maker, whatever the method of manufacturing.
