I got it on good authority that sports car manufacturer Porsche is about to enter the E-Bike market as a motor (and possibly gearbox) manufacturer.
They already supply motors to some bike companies under the Fazua brand, but mainly compact, lightweight units. The motor units that will be sold under the Porsche brand will be designed for the full-power e-bike market. What exactly that means in terms of power figures or what not, I don't know (- didn't ask about any technical specifics as I'm not terribly interested in e-bikes).
Nice Bronson, and with 160mm cranks! 😍 Too bad someone decided not to put a coiler on it. 😭 PS: why are we excited about the packaging of the shock internals?

Isn‘t that exactly the storie of pinion? As far as I know pinion is a porshe brand and they do fullpower gearbox motors….

Can't remember where I heard/saw it but someone was talking about how Fox was scrambling a bit after the lackluster launch of the Grip X damper...
I could see them updating the airspring/chassis for the next model, hard to see them launching a new damper so soon considering how long the GRIP2 stuck around for.

Not a gear box. You can see the derailleur in the shadow. Sad. I dont care what anyone says, the gearbox hype is like drivetrains moving to 1 by 10/11/12. Sure at first it was janky 1x10 One Up conversion kits. But now we have transmission. Which is cool. But what would be cool is better gearboxes.

Grip X seems pretty widely accepted as a dud of a product. I don't know anyone who's bought one (maybe a sign right there). The red site guys talked about Grip X on their review of the new Ripmo a few months ago, saying it compromised the bike.

Tuned Mass Damper.
Kaos on the new Orbea DH bike
already been posted 2 pages back, looks more like a rallon with DC fort… DH bike has a vertical shock.
They wanted to built a new Freeride rig as well.
Isn‘t that exactly the storie of pinion? As far as I know pinion is a porshe brand and they do fullpower gearbox motors….
No, Pinion was started by two ex Porsche engineers.
Can't wait to spend another $1000 in tools just because they decided to change a bolt pattern or a diameter somewhere for no reason.
probably the next iteration formerly known as greyp
pinion is a bombardier company
Well, from what I've seen, the bottom of it looks suspiciously BB-tool shaped. Hopefully you're in luck.

Shocks and forks? Or just shocks
Yes, I know 😀, I meant about the possible big news...

is the mechanic wearing a paper bag!?
Wide brim boonie style hat and looking down.
Definitely shocks, not totally sure about forks. Sorry should have made that more clear

It's the brake hose guide that catches my eye. Anyone know the manufacturer?
Good watch. Charlie Murray bike check. Stumpjumper 15 with vivid lyrik and brake ace sensors.
Vivid coil seems interesting on the bike.

I think it’s just a generic moto hose guide.

I think the big news is Downamics is the official UK agent for countershox.
Oh and the brake setup is a carbon tube and a crf hose guide. I asked 😅
interesting, a PON Porsche colab
