These new high pivot horst bikes are interesting for sure. The instant center can move around quite a bit so it will not always create a rearward axle path. Nonetheless, this seems a good way to put the good carachteristics of both design in one frame.
But I'n not gonna lie, I don't like the aesthetics of that Norco.

I don't like the fact that it doesn't have a 29" front wheel.Whistling

That Cody Kelley video is shot in Park City, and judging by the foliage it must have been shot within the last 10 days. The video was uploaded on Oct 2, so it must have been shot, edited, and uploaded in a single day or two. Thats no joke.

Ride, eat, edit, sleep. It's the new style.

Custom paddle shape as per Pinkbike. Besides, it is the paddle that is marked as Blackbox.

Blackbox shifter on troy brosnan's dh bike, any of you guys know whats up with that?
It's just a thing that SRAM/Blackbox athletes get the hold of, like the Boxxer was labeled couple of years ago or the carbon brake levers.

It's very chunky, unlike a Super Deluxe. I'd say it's something else considering the rest of the spec (low cost kinda thing, Shimano on the drivetrain and brakes, etc.). So not a Rock Shox product at all.

New coil from sram/rs?

The only word my brain can fit into that blurred box is Formula, but wouldn't have thought they would introduce a cheap oe model

FYI on the shock, what is mounted to the bike might not be what will actually be used when it's on sale.

I think at least one of the canyon boys might be running something different than air inside the new boxxer. scroll to around minute 6:33. There is number 8 rider, I think marc wallace, who pulls for the 40ft-ish huck and you can clearly hear a top out spring noise, similar to the sound the older version (from 2010 onwards) of the boxxer used to make when then rebound is to fast when running the coil spring setup with the topout spring. Race Only and NSR are working on something coil looking for the new boxxer i think. this could be a hint for the boys running them strong dual rate springs from race only.

Early next year. There's also something else coming from Norco. Kinda surprised it hasn't been talked about it yet as it was at World Champs a few weeks ago...

Some more pics of the cover over Bruni's bike....

What is it? A snack holder? A light weight carbon fiber covered heavy weight ballast? A 'light inside the body' to kill the coronavirus?

It was mentioned somewhere that he has something new damping wise under there. What specifically is not known though...
