Yes and I can calculate all the anti squat numbers from every blurry linkage photo!

prototype enve M9 rims with non-internal (hidden) nipples.

Well Boxxer was 32 mm a few years back, when the burliest SC fork from RS was 40 mm tongue

But yeah, it was to be expected.

Öhlins and Specialized Factory Racing have just signed for another three years, with Öhlins announcing extended support for other riders as well -> read more here.

You sure they aren’t just Avid discs?

I don‘t think so. They look different around the 6-bolts and also the holes in the surface look different. And are they even avalible in 220? Photo

Shapes are different than old discs

Looking at the pic, the carrier arms look to be offset a bit or at least darker on every second one of them too.

spotted on myriam nicole's IG story: an uncovered seatstay bidge on the new commencal protos. Looks like its bolted together, not sure if it was to simplify manufacturing or to let them tune the rear end stiffness/damping for performance reasons. Either way an interesting bit and something they're trying to keep covered.

Also noticed that in riding photos from practice, Amaury is running the silver/raw upper link, not the black one shown in previous photos of his bike. Maybe just an A/B bike thing; I don't know how many set-ups each rider on that team has.

Trippy. Two layers sandwiched together? Instead of one thicker layer?

Yes they’re definitely not 35mm anymore. To be expected imo. Can’t have your enduro fork be thicker than your Dh fork. Not for ...more

Wasn’t the Boxxer 32 and Totem 40 and Lyirc 36 back in the day?

Norco Factory teaming up with POC this year:

This has been discussed before I believe but Loic is still hiding something...or is he? #mindgames #maybe

Lyrik was 35mm, just like this "new" boxxer is.

|

Yeah, RS never had a 36 mm chassis. And the 35 Boxxer came onto the market around 2008ish,around the time when peaty was world champ and the like.

Norco to Poc was obvious since blenki had his video shot, he was on full Poc gear at the time.

Big Bird dunno, kinda doubt it, the picture is not really good. It's hard to see the benefit of it (unless it's 2 1,5 mm layers for added stiffness or something, but will existing calipers eat that thickness?) and it doesn't have any floating features and the like. If it's not two piece I don't see it being actually like that as it would be a PITA to remove that material. Considering it's laser cut, not stamped.

Zip tie under the bar, still hiding something to me, either telemetry or shock tune

Is it just me or does that first picture look carbon? I'm pretty sure it's not, based on the seat tube/top tube intersection, but the downtube does look smooth.

I think Troy was running a Dissector out back today. Assuming because it clears better than DHR2 and brakes better than Shorty 2.
