KTM Motorsport is NOT connected with KTM bicycles... not at all. If there will be a team on KTM it will be a Austrian based team such as MS Mondraker... at least for developing a bike.

Has anybody else noticed that there's only 9 team names and 10 riders?
I heard a rumor that Giant will no longer have a DH team & that Norco are gonna have a big team.

Also have had a feeling Needles would join Scott team for a while as him and Fairclough seem to get on so well.
I don't think that picture was taken in NZ. New Zealand doesn't have snakes. The landscape of the pic also fits in with western North Carolina where they are both based. Considering they live close by it makes sense for them to ride and train together. Seeing them on the same team would be cool too.

Not taken in NZ...Luca Shaw, Walker Shaw and Russell Finsterwald will be with SRAM / TLD Racing. Joining them on the team for 15' will be ____________________

does the "each athlete would have total freedom to race any frame they felt was the fastest and we would take care of the rest" theory still apply for next season or is there a frame manufacturer stepping in?

It'd be a shame to drop that awesome idea.
I think Neko could do really well on another, more relaxed team and on a bike he's used to.
But if that happens, who will be the big dog for TWR?
Brook was supposed to be their top dog but injuries have slowed him down in the last 2 seasons, and Neko has become their most dangerous rider.

Brook wil be their boy next year for sure hopefully he won't get hurt again. He is a risky type of rider and they knew what they were getting into when they signed him. He actually had a better season than Neko this year since Neko hit the podium once and brook hit it 2-3 times, even if his position wasn't as good as Neko I would still say he did better overall than him.
I can see them dropping one of the other guys if they don't already go to another team but Brook is really all they have at this point since the other two riders are top ten contenders at best and not team leaders like Neko or Brook would be. Neko should ask for more money next season though since he has shown his talents and potential this year and next year he can capitalize on them, so unless one of the other TWR guys gets fired and Neko gets their paycheck tacked on, I don't see him staying with Trek next year....
nick beer teaming up with mani gruber and radon bikes for next year?
with gruber having a top ten worldcup result in windham and a strong 2nd overall in the edc series (missing the last race, due to injury in hafjell), seems like radon is expanding
Not the most recent news, but it seems like Lew Buchanan has found himself a ride for 2015.
There's numerous posts on his Instagram clearly implying that he's on a team (e.g.:"Favourite track & we are back there in 2015! Windham does not fail to deliver!" or "Liked my set up this year but looking forward to a change of somewhat!").

Can't wait to see him back on the world cup circuit
As a dad of junior rider looking to race World Cups, I love to see teams investing in young riders. Young talent is one of the things that have to be developed to grow the sport. Not the only thing, one of them.
And Cedric's mechanics and actually on of Gracias' sponsors jump of CG wagon and start working with LaPierre. Looks like the information about the Brigade could be true.

I sense some trolling in this, but, to answer your question, yes, whatever frame each rider wants to race on, is still a major focal point of the program. It's one of the cooler aspects of the team, and it also is a nice bargaining chip, as riders who have relationships with certain bike brands, could bring that over with them.
We focus on 2 brands on this team; SRAM and Troy Lee Designs.

The idea is awesome, and is alive and well. SRAM/TLD athletes can ride whatever frame they want. (see our current program, Russell on Trek, Shaw bros on Specialized, for the time being?).
Is it confirmed that Eric Carter left Specialized?
I think the order of that sentence is backwards. Specialized left Eric Carter. Letting that article go live must be the nail in the coffin so I wonder who is going to be lucky to have Carter as a manager if he wants to keep in the game?
