I would pay in the winter. They could host camps and such in the summer.

Comming from ohio I had rays mtb park to ride all witner. Back there it was awesome! Out here not so much we have weeks in the middle of winter where you can ride and 80%+ of mtb riders ski/board in the winter. there isnt enough people that would pay to support a facility done right.
