If you don't mind cutting and bleeding your front brake hose, get a "Potts Mod" fork bolt from a BMX supplier. It is hollow so your front hose goes through the steer tube of your fork. Alternately, If you run a Manitou fork with the rear arch, you can run your front brake over your stem and down to the arch, so that you have at least one revolution to spin. Aftewards, the hose is on the other side of your frame.
