A high rise bar would look so much better. But perhaps he changes height for different courses, and this way is easier to change around.

That totally unmatches the 50" wide bars and my girlfriend's pants I just rode in today. I mean what is he thinking!!?? It's only mountain biking these days if your nipples scrape your bars and you can't move the bike side to side anymore.
