I just went to renew my USAC pro DH license. They said i need a USPRO license.
What is this?
Where to get it?

just found this in the middle of application for domestic license:
Pro licenses cannot be purchased using this application. Please use an international license application.
guess that answers my question. hope it helps yall too!
