can't watch any video

Hello,

Since a couple of days ago I cant watch anymore videos at vital..
it get stuck on the "initializing" video screen and black...

I have a 100mps fiber conection so my internet speed is not the issue..

Sorry to hear about these problems. Please help us troubleshoot this. What browser (including version) and operating system are you using? Does this video play for you?

Hi, Im using Chrome Version 34.0.1847.131 m,
Windows 7 Ultimate x64,


Yes I can, but for example this one I cant:
Video

I can watch the video using Internet Explorer...but thats out of the question :D !

Yes I can, but for example this one I cant:
Video

I can watch the video using Internet Explorer...but thats out of the question :D !

My system is very similar to yours (Chrome and Windows 7), and I don't have this problem, so I think it's something specific to your setup. The fact that the videos play for you with IE makes me think it might be a conflict with an extension you've added to Chrome. If you don't mind, please disable all of your extensions and try again. If it works, you can turn your extensions back on one at a time and see which is causing the problem.

Please try disabling all your browser extensions to see if that fixes it. If it does, turn the extensions back on one at a time to see which one is causing the problem.

That worked!! It was AdBlocker. I added an exception and it works no problem. Thanks!
