Ultra-Light Suspension Products from ND Tuned 6

An ultra-light air cartridge for XC forks and the claimed lightest coil shock in existence?

ND Tuned is a Portuguese company that’s been around for just a couple of years, and have two very lightweight suspension products at Eurobike this year. Their OVR damper cartridge for XC forks doesn't use any oil, cutting down weight. The air damping system inside still offers compression and rebound adjustment. It's claimed to allow an increase in "usable" travel by 15-20%, eliminate the fork's pedaling-induced oscillations, and reduce maintenance costs by up to 40%. The cost is 349 (approximately $420 USD), but it only weighs 77 grams. Putting the OVR cartridge in a RockShox SID or Reba can get the fork weight down to 1620 grams, and the FOX 32 with Stepcast can actually weigh in at just 1270g with this piece of technology inside it.

ND Tuned also have a coil shock which they claim is the lightest on the market at just 344g. The DH2x RC3 is a fully CNC-machined beauty that uses a dual shim stack configuration for low- and high-speed compression adjustment in the monotube shock body. External rebound control is there as well. 800€ (approximately $950 USD) without the spring gets you this feather-weight bump eater.
