I bet a lot people on this site won't get the reference since this movie is the same age/older than them LOL

The problem isn’t that it wasn’t, it’s that being cracked is the first conclusion drawn. If it was many other brands I would have wondered if it was first but with pole I am more surprised it isn’t.

Looks like an old Corsair or Commencal frame/ linkage design.

Also, can we ban the rock on hand sign?

I can’t say I agree with mineral oil brakes being in better shape after 7-10 years. Most mineral oil brakes I see being Shimano are a leaking mess and not rebuildable Sram and Hayes are. All O-rings fail after some amount of time it’s nice to rebuild ... more »

If I was to guess the unnamed bike shares two things I have seen before, both aesthetic similarities with canyon seat tube and links on the side of the shock.

It seems like the post processing is going to make for a flatter rotor than Ice-tec they always have some side to side deviation more so than a normal ss rotor. Maybe because the sram rotor is stamping venting after the bond the rotors would be surface ... more »

Seems weird, I’m sure I’m missing something but even the norco just posted has a seat tube forward of the bb.

Hi Aaron- can you pass on the need for a 2.5" Aggressor DH Casing- with non Maxx Grip rubber (either Dual or MaxxTerra)... Enduro bikes need the casing on the rear wheel but without the slow rolling rubber.

Great interview and love the product! Thanks.

One of the most calculated individuals I have ever met! I really enjoyed my time hanging out and riding with the momentum crew in the Sol Vista days.

Agreed that it's pretty hopeless to get one shock tune that works across size runs and for most rider skill levels. In a perfect world, companies would either use different shock tunes for different sizes (Like Ibis "Roxy tune") or would use a slightly different shock mount for every size...more

Also I would like to add without tire slide up the lip it could be called a euro table. Which almost never looks good except when it does.

Exactly. It's not a scrub if you don't slide off the lip. Scrubs are possible on a mountain bike, but they're ridiculously hard. Eliot Jackson, Aaron Gwin, Ian Morrison, and maybe three other people in the world have done a legit tire-sliding...more

I like the part where he rips the throttle open and slides the back wheel up half the lip. Oh wait that didn't happen because he's not scrubbing, he's just squashing the jumps while whipping and doing an ever-so-slight turn up the lip....more
