It might be okay, but the closest Bos service center to the US is in Mexico, so you will have to do pretty much all service and repair work on those yourself. If you really want to do X-ups, then get a single crown, but don't rule out forks like a 180mm ... more »

I just looked up the Axle to Crown lengths for the Boxxer and Totem, I didn't find numbers for 2007, but found them for 2008 and I don't think either fork changed between those years. The Totem is 3mm shorter than the boxxer, so there won't be much of ... more »

What geometry adjustments do you want to make?

They have one, her name is Kathy Sessler. To the best of my knowledge, she is the only woman who manages a WC DH team, meaning the Syndicate is way ahead of the curve.

If you want to become a champion, you must think like a champion thinks. And what better way make your thoughts a champion's thoughts than to make your face a champion's face! Who knew plastic surgery had become so dialed!? However, this may cause problems ... more »

The EWS did not say they are "washing their hands of this matter." They said they are not part of the investigation. In any case of cheating, the EWS is as much a victim as the cheated athletes, therefore, it would be wrong for a victim to be an active ... more »

When I last talked to Evil in 2014, they told me they have no plans to make another DH bike. That said, if they changed their mind a couple of years later, then 2019 would be a likely year to go into production. However, most of their new bikes have ... more »

You say you bought the bike one year ago. but didn't try to get a refund from Ellsworth until Sea Otter. That is way outside the 30 day refund window you mentioned, so they are under no obligation to refund you the money. And if they say there is no ... more »

Did the bike come with a warranty? Why did you let them take your bike? Why did they want to take it? Did you buy direct from them, or from a dealer? Why is the word "New" in quotation marks in the ad, was it one of their Demo bikes for sale? I need ... more »

If the mountain bike industry can produce travel adjustable forks and cuttable handlebars, it can figure out cuttable seat tubes. Or just start running shorter seat tubes, like 450mm seat tubes on size large frames instead of 490mm.

I want to see downhill bikes return from Yeti and Evil. And more up and down bikes get short seat tubes to run long travel dropper posts. Or make markings to allow the customer to cut the seat tube shorter if they wish.

Lol, yeah I guess I am. Well set suspension really unlocks what a bike can do. Plus I've had long night shifts working with nobody but my thoughts...

I vote new fork and shock. You can get both new for about as much money as a carbon wheelset, and I feel that there is more of a performance gain for spending your money on more agressive suspension. Yes, there are lighter allow and carbon wheelsets ... more »
