It's true that lower travel Pikes need more tokens. There's a chart here that shows how many each fork can take: http://www.vitalmtb.com/photos/features/How-To-Get-The-Most-Out-Of-Your-RockShox-Suspension,9020/Slideshow,0/bturman,109

Don't be afraid to crank in that low-speed compression adjustment to help keep you higher in the travel. According to RockShox, "Low speed compression regulates oil flow in slow compression stroke speed scenarios such as rider weight shifts on the bike, and suspension compression during cornering or transitions." It also affects ride height, smoothness over small bumps, and traction.

After getting the air spring dialed in, if you feel like you're riding low in the travel, try increasing the low-speed compression by turning it clockwise (the direction of the plus sign) four clicks and repeating the test ride. If this was too much then turn back two steps counter clockwise.

If things don't feel smooth over small continuous bumps or if the front end has bad traction, back off the low-speed compression. Turn counter clockwise four clicks, then retest and make any correction two clicks at the time until you find that sweet spot. If you're unable to find it, chances are good that your air spring isn't set up just right for your terrain or riding style.

As always, when you think you've improved things, it's best to return to your original settings and double check. Be aware of other factors that can impact your ride like tire pressure, temperature, etc, to make sure they don't change things unexpectedly.

You can also chop the tokens in half if a full token is too much for you.

That is commentary on another level. Gave me goosebumps just listening to it again. F**k you RedBull.
And whoever is the 'UK’s leading TV football commentator', they are all shit. The reason Rob's commentary was (is) so good, is because it was from the heart and not manufactured/watered down/nanny-fied bollox like every other commentator out there.
Rob, you are R. P. McMurphy and RedBull is Nurse Ratched - don't let them sanitise you!

Kidwoo:
"The whole reason the freecaster commentary was so awesome was because he was excited and screaming about people and a sport he knows really well in a field he's passionate about. It ruled because it WASN'T trained subdued crap. That already exists everywhere and what warner brought was way more real. See recent rampage commentary if you really think redbull knows what they're doing here.

Red Bull likes to pride themselves on unique, one of a kind events, why don't they want a unique, one of a kind commentator any more? Oh well....."

- I thoroughly agree with these statements. Reminds me of this:

The video of Danny Hart's 2011 World's run has around 3 million views on youtube. The vast majority of those 3 million people didn't watch that run because they're die hard fans or because they had any specific appreciation for the riding, they watched it because the commentary was fantastic, hilarious, and could be appreciated by both legitimate fans and casual observers. You don't see any of the more recent races with relatively bland commentary getting anywhere near as much appreciation.

Listen up and Lighten up Red Bull. I think I wore out my like button on most of these comments. Train Rob well, that's good, but give him his beers and let him work his real magic!

Mr. P

That old commentary was like watching the race with the buds after a great ride. It had flavor! And it was authentic and genuine. You could feel the tension, and connect with it.

The racers are racing on the edge of disaster, and the screaming and yelling payed homage to those risks.

I've never been a fan of a commentator before.

As a member of the "core audience" I was wondering why the commentary was so subdued for the 2014 season.
This post answer that!
And, I for one, do not like it! I do not need know stats/info about that riders and their team. I need to be reminder to look at the time and to reflect on the size of Danny Hart's balls.

Stoked that Robs got a regular gig though.
