i think it is v similar to rockshox motion control... seal head at the bottom of the stanchion and uses the stanchion as the damper tube. Not open bath. Should be able to just drop lowers normally. Edit: didnt look at date posted, just bumped an old ... more »

2.5 all day 2.6 just feels floaty and awful in corners, maybe a bit comfier in straight line rock gardens but definitely worse cornering Read this, couldnt agree more ... more »

rode a remedy 9.7.... hit the knock block in switchbacks. i know a great way to find out if the new down tube is stiffer. beat the guy who invented it over the head

Slacker head angle= more stability at speed Steeper = more nimble at low speed. Don't confuse this with better cornering. Slacker is better in any sweeping, fast or banked corners whereas steep is only really good for really tight switchbacks. Slacker ... more »

You guys should check out Propain then, 445mm cs on all of their bikes due to their suspension desig( shock behind seat tube)
