Damn ppl are angry against something they don't even have to buy. If you want to wrap your frame, GO WITH RideWrap. Nothing to say except exceptional quality ! I used an Invisiframe kit too, the coverage is not as elaborate and you don't have as many thing into the kit. Happy to see that now RW even offers shampoo in the kit! Don't have to buy the JnJ baby shampoo that you won't really use. Keep up the good work, I'll keep wrapping my frames

I'm not sure you even read this post or watched the video haha...
We completely agree that you can "Do It Yourself", but there are pros and cons versus kits that you can buy and that's why we took the time to compare the two methods and put the details together. That way every rider can understand options and the difference between them!
also... If you 'have the materials' you are still giving someone in the protection industry your money, why not support brands that actually invest in the community as opposed to bolstering 3M's stock price.

chasejj: Do you hate on car valet service as well? Sure, I can clean it with water and sponge at home and cheaper! But maybe I just want to have it done properly? Maybe I just cant be bothered and want someone to do the work for me?
Just because you dont give a dam about your belongings does not mean others are stupid for wanting to protect and preserve what is theirs and for someone else for enabling them to do so.

Haha... I also don't care if I upset anyone with honesty, and the thing is, you are also acting with a type of entitled mentality, complaining about a company trying to innovate and clearly fill a space that people where looking for. Invisiframe from the UK were the first ones doing it and no one in north america was, hence ridewrap. Let's be real, you're complaining about what seems to be a cool company offering an after market product to protect your bike..? Have you even seen the film? It's not adhesive and it's brilliant imo. You don't have to buy it, just DON'T HATE, simple.
ps, NOTHING protects against rocks bashing your frame, but it does protect all the tiny pebbles from volcanic dirt and such, really well against all the common rubs and scratches to the frame, cables, foot rub, tailgate pad, etc.

Haha why always the hostility even within this topic.? Also, you're wrong. Think of it as an investment, these kits made to fit your specific model and size(matte or gloss finish), keep your frame in near perfect condition for when you want to SELL IT. It also looks good because it has no adhesive, You just peel it off and you can sell a new looking frame for a much better price than you normally would. If your spending lots of money on a bike, this is like a one time insurance that actually works.

Loïc over the stumps was bananas. For anyone who doesn’t speak French, the quote from the dude immediately following is: ‘Go bring a bottle of champagne to Öhlins. And say thank you. Motherfu....’

I like the bike simple, so I think that low POE hub would serve this purpose the same way.

Soon, we'll need a composite only pedal face off. Some good options out there now.
