It says you live in AZ so i'd suggest just more riding. As far as I know you get little to no snow soooooooo......... I'd just keep riding!
they dont offer a 3.5 stroke at 200lbs plus since the eye to eye is so long the coil is 10.5in long and thats why it weights so much

Dude DH Bikes are most certainly not useless ! While long travel enduro’s are great they are still miles off a DH rig and I live in southern California and have so many shuttle trails and also gnarly DH trails that my DH bike sees a lot of use. Also ... more »
I wouldn’t say nobody buys DH , Me , my wife and two good friends of mine just bought DH bikes. DH is alive and well. It just depends if you live in a place that is worth owning a DH rig. Go to any bike park and you’ll see a plethora of DH rigs. Also ... more »
