Get rid of the oval chainring unless you like to add 10% more effort on the climbs to get a harder workout.
On this bike, every revolution with an oval causes the derailleur arm to move 10mm fore and aft. Moving a derailleur for and aft takes about 10lbs of force. Your adding this force to your legs every...more
