It's a full tubular casing. They're different than a standard clincher casing because they are fully round. The tube is sewed into the tire.

We have the third generation of pros on our hand and the beginning of the third stage of racing- the re-professionalization. My Friday evening pre-Windham spiel exists here. There is nothing surprising going on, but it is exciting to watch.
