It's possible, but often dirtbag photos and a rumor get posted here and then end up in a "Rumor roundup" on PB a week or two later with the same photos like clock work. I've made fun of the timing often over the last few years.

And from years of experience of Hayes, avid and sram, DOT brakes fail as they get older at a much higher rate. Old pairs of mineral oil brakes, even cheap ones? Bleed it and it's good to go. Old dot brake? 25% chance you might be able to get it working. ... more »
