I'd completely forgotten about the Dave's Chain Device. Beautiful bike. This was my first MTB crush back in the mid-90s.

Ah, I used to have the stumpjumper version of this built similarly. Beautiful build. 
The original quiver killer. I raced XC, slalom, and DH on it a few times.

Oh yeah, this isn’t a Dh bike by any means. 

Go watch Dirt MBUK MTB Movie, you’ll see it was more of a jib bike for Jason. It’s a 15.5” frame - he wanted it more like a bmx / jib bike to mess around on.

But the larger frames were use 95% of the time for cross country.
