Wish they'd make EXO+ in dual compound. 3C dies instantly on back tires in dry places.

I guess it's handy for dealers that they didn't change the branding or make the new ones identifiable in any way.

that's one way to own the market I guess. Just sponsor every team. Not complaining, that DH rig is FN dope AF!

Man I love my Bikeyoke Revive seatpost but not offering a wider grip option like 33mm or 34mm is sad for me. We desperately need more thick grip options.

I'm way more pumped on video projects like this that result in a usable trail for other people, as opposed to one-off spectacles that either get bulldozed when they're done or just slowly erode and covered with weeds in the middle of nowhere.

I find it strange that it does not adjust rebound as well automatically. I never struggle with compression set up, but rebound is changed depending on the terrain a lot. Mostly one "eh" from the people I have talked to about this.

Seems like you forgot a couple cons with the price, weight, and fiddle factor. If I was offered either Flight Attendant or a lockout switch for the first time, I feel like I would take the lockout switch as the more elegant and convenient solution. It’s hard for me not to see this as a complicated electrical band-aid on a mechanical engineering shortcoming, but maybe this is the way? I’m sure they are banking on everyone having batteries on their bikes eventually anyway.

There seems to be a pretty high correlation between use of "acoustic/analog bikes" and That Guy who shows up to group rides as the only ebike, or rides his ebike in areas where its specifically prohibited. Inventing new jargon for old things on top of already annoying behavior is like doubling down on the annoying.

I broadly OK on ebikes, though I get both the appeal and hesitation (or hatred) from others. What I really don't understand is e-bike racing. Who TF in their right mind would care in the least about e-bike racing? Sure, it's another category, but my level of interest is well off Elite Men and Women, then Juniors, and possibly on par with Master's category, or lower.

I live in Washington and run really low pressures, but I seemingly always have to air up in California. The speeds are higher, the berms and ruts are more like concrete, the smooth bits are smoother, and the sharp bits are sharper. One of my friends from California refers to my setup as "flat tires." So I think those pressures make a lot of sense for San Diego, even if I think they would suck in Bellingham.
