I am also a service manger at a shop and we have been seeing the same thing. The chains are impressively durable and resistant to wear. My issue has been that our current tools for measuring chain wear, electronic gauges, and all the other chain measuring ... more »

Year of the Twenty Ninnaar
I gotta say Greg Minnaar does look more proportional on the 29er. As a 6'-3" clydesdale myself, who looks huge on a large Tues, proportionality does appeal to me...

trying to thumbs up your comment 50x, but i can't : )
Company claims to keep known crank who disagrees with modern bike design as designer, new bike looks different but has same ride problems as everything he made in the past. news at 11.

Thanks, Dave! Always nice to get comments from one of the guys designing such rad components.
Consululted Miss Cleo about my hamstrings did you. Well you're...right. I've never touched my toes in my life. Interesting tid-bit there. You'd have to have hamstrings tighter than mine to be deterred by the wide seatstays and that is going some. Sign me up for...more
Definitely not, I just figured it was an opportune moment to expand on the geometry discussion. Glad you enjoyed the review.
