No, the patent covers having the idler mounted to one of the links in an arbitrary location ( http://www.i-tracksuspension.com/ ). Mount it to the swingarm of a single pivot or to the main frame and you're golden.

Threaded can creak just as much. It all depends on who installs it and how well. Most of the time, it's not actually your BB creaking anyway. You're just being one of those fools who believes everything they read.
That’s super nice! Can you share any frame jig or fabrication pics? I got a friend to make me an enduro front triangle to go with Scott Gambler carbon rear end. http://www.egerie-moto.com/

Will the chain tensioner be available by itself? I've got loads of gears and spacers.
Nice looking hub Fellers. I wish that was around in my time. When you said 13 tooth I was ready to slam you for not going down to 9. But then you did. In the older days my friend Jason figured...more

I'd like to chime in with my experience. I got one on loan to demo on my own bike since I'm local to them in Utah. No doubt it takes a few rides to get used to the fork! I had to adjust to riding more forward on the bike which is a part of what makes the fork work well. It wasn't until a...more

I do a lot of the fabrication myself (jig construction, mitering, lathe and manual mill work), but I did have quite a bit of help from Noah of Hillside Frameworks on the fabrication side of this one, John at Caletti Cycles did the welding, Dave at Mather...more
