Accessibility Widget: On | Off

Tonight. For the first time. I went to a spin class. All I have to say is HOLY SH** that kicked my a$$. But I honest to god enjoyed it. It was what I expected except worse. up and down and sprint and pedal. I'm tore up from the floor up. Somehow after the class, I still had enough in the tank for a very quick ABS and Arm workout. I didn't try to keep up with the instructor. Frankly, she was an animal. But I gave it what I had for my first time. I thought I'd ease into it. I think I'll take a day off and try it again on Wednesday. I'm seeing this as a definite benefit. Trying to pull those precious seconds off my time by having the stamina to pedal more instead of gasping for air. Getting older sucks. I hit the big 40 in 2011. I'm not really looking forward to it. I now get to race 30 something's in my Cat 1 30+ 4x & DS class and Cat 1 40+ in Downhill. Someone once said that 40 was the new 30. God I hope so...
