A smaller tire will roll faster,but not have as much traction.I run a 2.1 wich is great for fast trails.If you ride on rocks alot,you should run a larger tire for the reasons Pwest stated above.There is such a thing as to big a tire and it will slow ... more »

The only bmx site I can think of that has frothing hate for mtb is The come up.As far as those videos,Ride bmx and Vital bmx thought they were great. Try hanging out at plus size bmx.They have a good mix of wheel sizes.

$600.00 doesnt go very far with dj bikes.As far as 24' we the people and building up a sunday model c are the most popular on vital bmx.Both are in your price range.Dan's comp has both.
