I would gladly go single speed again. This just re lit the fire to convert my sb66 to single speed.
Interval training does wonders, even if it's just on the trainer.

I think direct comparisons would be very helpful, whether it be comparing the bike as a whole or specific components (i.e. "while xxx component has a solid reputation for consistency, we've found xxy to be a better match for this bike's intended use"). ... more »
