You also need to train just about every day if you want to ride with the pros (if you don't already). This doesn't mean simply riding every day but you have to do things OFF the bike too. Things like lifting weights, rowing, yoga, road biking, jumps, ... more »

yea that is true and it is hard to replace my 2x10 setup when it works just fine and hasn't failed on me yet just to drop like 300 on parts to switch to something that is unproven and might suck.

yea I think my fronts are 22/36 and I mainly use the 22 on the trails around here so maybe a 30 or 32 would be closer to what I use. Sick ride you got there, I bet it rips on the downhills huh.
