big applause to the photogs and mostly the riders that f-ed around doing this, at a WORLD CUP! Seems like the fun is back for a while now, keep it up world cuppers, this fun aspect of the PINNACLE of DH racing will get more kids involved and aspire to be world cup downhillers-in addition to the seriousness of training and work ethic you all put in, BRAVO!

With Snowshoe, there are misty clouds & dew that batter it all might & through the early morning. If you're there to win, you want the latest start possible. Consider GM in 8th spot. With 3 minute gaps, he will have to leave 21 minutes earlier than the fastest qualifier. Even 5th is at a disadvantage. That's 15-21 minutes of warm sun through heavy tree cover & can be the difference between a bone dry rock garden & pure snot covered hell
