Gary Elliot put together his own edit of himself. With a knee injury that would make most people just hang it up.... Gary dreams of the day he gets back up on his bike. This is a collection of his favorite clips from this past year, and his choice of music.

It's good to see that Gary found some positivity where he lives. The past few videos were packed with fist fights, and gunshots. This video seems to be the complete opposite! Thanks for sending this over!

Hey man, I for fitted my prize from Vitalmtb. I won the helmet, but I am hooked up with a protective company. Vital told me to pick a different video that I thought the prize should go to. I picked yours. They are supposed to write something up and contact you, so let me know if it all goes through.

I've seen a Snafu or two at these trails here and there. Some of my favorite trails for sure! Oh, and the bike is sick too! It's about time some one made a lower gyro cable that's long enough to reach a disc caliper. :D

I added a few clips, and changed a few things around. I had a lot of fun putting this together, so a big thanks to Vitalmtb for giving us all a reason to do something different. As much as I would love to film a bunch of dirt, I don't have any here in the big concrete, steel, and glass jungle. Plus, my Slopestyle/DH bike is out of commission at the moment. It needs a fork, so what better opportunity than this to try and win one right? I found it very, very hard to come up with a turn on pavement that is both unique and creative. This is how it ended up. I hope you like it. I have about six hours of filming brought down to about two minutes, and roughly 36 hours behind the keyboard editing. I really wanted to do something different and eye catching. None of these turns ended up being easy. I also had six other ideas that didn't work at all. Things like the Jack-Knife turn, and the Outsider took a very long time to figure out and pull off. I think the hardest one was the skateboard skid turn. I'm sure everyone at one point or another has hopped their back wheel on one and locked the brake. Next time try getting one to turn. I think that was the hardest one. It took two days of trying it over and over again before it finally came together. My favorite though (most fun) were the concrete berms. They were perfect, and you could go really fast. Curved, and slanted back just like a dirt berm. You just lean into it and ride right around. Well thanks for watching my entry, and Happy New Year everyone!

Mellow out folks, it's just meant to be funny. Don't take the interwebs so seriously. Not sure where there's any "hatin" going on. Smile a little, you'll feel better. Also Tarka, I did cover that in the video. Guess you didn't pay attention.

Apparently you did. Then again, it wasn't a riding video was it? Most tutorials (serious or not) tend to include a lot of text. Perhaps you should expand your mind a little further than pictures and videos. I'm willing to bet you have a lot of pop-up and Dr. Sues books in your reading collection.

This is meant to be funny and sarcastic. Just a few ideas on how many video makers can improve their web videos.

Only problem with posting the Ruban vids is that it's a different bridge entirely.

It's still a turn though. Not so much a wallride if you really think about it. You ride right up without hopping, it's curved, and slanted way back. Same way you go into a berm.
