Looks like a Medium from one of the frame photos. Also, just a note on sizing - I would head the advice of JoeNathan's comment above. I am 5'7 with a 31" inseam, and almost went for a Small looking at the geo numbers and using the Canyon calculator. I am glad I did not though, as the Medium is literally a perfect fit for me (I have the 150mm dropper slammed into the frame as well). From what I've read about sizing for this bike from other comments and the forums, it seems that if you're within 1in of the recommended rider height limits you should go for the larger frame option.

It sounds like the description of what you're looking for came directly from the marketing material of this bike!

Simply, yes this bike will do all you described. There are other options out there that may do certain things better, but the Spectral seems to have found a sweet spot in the middle. At the moment I believe the Canyon AL can't be beat for the components and performance you will get. Perhaps the Jeffsy 27 Comp is the best compatible bike, but that's ~$400 more (including shipping). I'd go for the Spectral - I had almost identical requirements for a new bike as well. The only downside right now seems to be finding one in stock!

Just a quick correction, the Spectral (AL or Carbon) does NOT include ISCG 05 mounts on the bottom bracket. This was stated in the "Highlights" section above in this article, but unfortunately this is not the case. I received my red AL 6.0 in Medium last week and can confirm. The lack of the ISCG mounts is considered by me and other owners to be a bit of an oversight, especially if this bike is being marketed as an 'entry-enduro' rig. Fitting one with an adapter is being made more difficult by the pressfit BB as well.

That said, this bike is amazing. I did a lot of research before pulling the trigger on a new bike this year, and nothing out there could even come close to the value/performance Canyon is currently offering.
