What cassette cog does your chaining allign to? It should be in the middle, around 6th. You are running a small ring, but if you ran a larger ring I don't think it would fit the way you have it.
Both Raceface and knolly recommend you run the ring flipped, I have a fugitive set up that way and it works much better ?

Sick build dude! However I think you need to flip your RF cinch ring to get the right chainline for the 157mm Hub

Been riding one of these for 2 months and yes they are very very awesome and very very stiff. I would also agree that the width of the gearbox is not an issue, I never catch it with my leg. Bike is just unreal in rough terrain.

Dude try one, its awesome, it wipes the floor with a demo in my opinion. Also Derailleurs are pretty damn messy when you think about it ;-)
