It’s just the 2.5 29er maxx grip DD shorty as as that’s a tyre they haven’t offered in the past it’s “test pilot” much like the 2.5 DD maxx grip DHR you would have seen last year with the test pilot emblem

My money is on that fox don’t make the 190 x 45 spec coil and he uses the 7.5 x 2 which changes it from 120 to 128mm and either fox or Santa Cruz got bombed with questions about it which they either don’t want to answer or can’t recommend to punters

Looks like DVO have a progressive coil coming. Seems to say prorate on one part and then have one spring rate and a dash next to it. Plus it looks like some of the coils are closer together

I’m fairly sure it’s just the negative chamber on the Meg neg aswell

Added reply in a thread MTB Tech Rumors and Innovation 4/19/2020 1:50 PM

It’s completely subjective, but in my testing with data acquisition and the DVO topaz we have found we get more even support and a smoother wheel rate out of the smaller aircan due to the better balance between chamber volumes in a progressive frame. ... more »

Yeah for sure if you want to run more sag then it’s great but personally I’m not fan of the way that makes my bike feel. The great thing about DVO is you can tune the bands in both positive and negative regardless of what air can you have so you can ... more »

The HV aircan isn't great for progressive bikes because the air spring requires much more pressure to get enough support at sag and in early to mid stroke (due to starting at higher leverage ratios). That higher spring rate then makes it difficult to ... more »

Yeah I can’t see why it wouldn’t be. Will be a great addition for anyone with a linear bike

There definitely is, that looks like a rebound adjuster at the base of an aircan on Bryson jnrs ebike. The HV can has been on the reign and hail bikes for 18months but I think it’s only just become available as an aftermarket product.
