Way different.
The imperial seat tube goes to the middle of the down tube, the cock goes to the bb.
The imperial has 135 old school dropouts, the cock has 135x12
The imperial has 3 rear dropout positions, the cock one
The imperial doesnt have headtube mast/gusset
