I don’t think it’s a DH bike, it has water bottle mounts and no one cares about slack seat tube angles on a DH bike. I’m hoping for a 180 ish mm travel park/super enduro bike. And an updated Sovereign frame.

Please, please, pretty please let the new Evil bike be an actual downhill bike! I know the article said it is for enduro/park, but honestly they already have two of those that are up to date as far as I can tell. Evil needs a real DH bike with real DH geo and travel...more

That drivetrain was under $150... and the bike is 6 yrs old so why put expensive brand new parts on to send it... so cool story bro!

Yeah, like, how can you even ride a bike with 11 speed?

What isn't very clear in any of these images I realize is that there is a huge space in front of the bottom bracket for any mud or water to fall out... much like on the Legend. I've been riding versions for nearly three years in Scotland... Trust me, mud is not...more

I had a '14 Rune that kept for three years riding it 3-4X+ a week. The only thing I ever had to do with it was swap the bearings out (easy). It was bombproof.

Actually the deeper insertion means that the saddle can drop about 5mm lower on the V3 than the V2 small for same dropper length.

Small rune V3's ST is 10mm longer, but thats in order to fit more seatpost in. it actually allows you to run most modern 150mm dropper post lower than the V2 due to max insertion length.

Ouch, the geo hasn't changed much if you size down. This shock location offers superior performance... (Trust me I would not have released it if it didn't!) in a stronger package with lower center of gravity, there really is no area where the performance does...more

On that note, stoked to see u guys making a 26” option. Not everyone wants or needs a 29er. 26 just works better for us vertically challenged riders.
