I've had great luck with the higher level SRAM XX1 chains. I have 3 that I use in rotation on 2 different bikes and have a ton of miles on them.

Rear pivot is definitely below the axle. Not sure if it's the angle of this photo or what, but when you see a pic of the frame only it's clearly below the axle.

That would be the new Slayer I guess. They flipped the Horst-link pivots inside out like they did on the new Element to improve heel clearance on the chainstays.

Hey Todd, Who decides which models are offered in different markets? Is it driven purely by dealer interest? I ask because it seems like there are always higher spec models (and some models altogether) that don't get offered in the US and it's a shame. ... more »

I'm with Dirty Jane. The Spartan pedals way better than the Enduro and you won't have to use a pedal platform on the shock as a band-aid to fix it. The frame is heavier, but with comparable builds the weight isn't very noticeable. I had a Yeti SB66c ... more »

Good point about Hart at last weekend's BDS. Same thing happened to Ragot at the first WC this year. Why aren't they running the new system I wonder?
