Those are the new Burgtec Bartender Pro Grip Minnaar and come stock on the new Bronson. You can see the little fins that run along the front side in this pic. They're pretty comfy once broken in, which is entirely subjective.

That Blackbox shifter has been around for several years. It's just a shift lever that replaces your stock one, a number of SRAM athletes have had them. I really wish they would make it into production. I've tried it and it feels much nicer (to me) than ... more »
