That is a Giant STP dirt jumper. maybe like a 2007-ish range? Stout frame, made for urban assault and dirt jumps.

According to the wheel description in the link you provided, you cannot run a 12-speed drivetrain. The 11-speed Shimano XT group is still really great and should be totally compatible with your wheels.
