The RST SPEX Air 20-15 is the fork i plan to go with and a 100x15 hub. Getting conflicting axle to crown measurements to figure out the final geometry change. The rigid fork is 320mm where the SPEX I've seen listed as 383/403mm. I'm sure that's dependent on travel which can be 60/80/100 and probably not at sag. There may also be a long shot to use Wolf Tooth Geo Adjust head set (1-2 degrees) with the EC44/EC44 setup and 1.5" ->1.125" crown race adapter. Would require confirmation that the head tube is 44mm and they say it has to be a min of 90mm but measures 70mm. Stack would increase ~30mm with the external headset cups so leave some room on the steer tube to put spacers on top of the stem. The only other worth while fork with a straight steer is the Prevelo Heir but a bit pricey. The Manitou J-UNIT in the catalog is only listed as tapered 100mm but who knows they might make a straight for some OEM?

Turns out I can’t find a single 20” front suspension fork in boost spacing and straight 1 1/8” steerer. Latterly no option for a fork without changing the hub or some gimmicky tapered steerer adaptor and JUNIT.

Can you tell me if this retains the 1 1/8" straight steer tube on the fork? I'll pull the trigger if I can mount an air fork like the RST SPEX 15 AIR (Suntour XCM worst case, Manitou JUNIT best case). It has a taller height at 383mm but under sag will likely be a 47mm height difference in stack. Thanks for the though details that the Specialized site left out.
