Good day fellas,
Has anyone tried running cushcore and tyrewiz on the same rim? Or any tyre presure device that tells me if there is enough air in the tyre? Im intrigied by the idea of tyrewiz telling me when i have put enough air in my tyre, especially when you are in a hurry, the last thing i want is to little air wich usually leads to another tyre related problem when you push on. Just the price is steep for an experiment..so i hope someone knows anything that could help
I would not expect good results based on my experience with cushcore.
I fear the same. Shame as i dont want to sacrifice rimprotection for this gadget. I could see if i can print a small 3d piece to fit underneath
based on how the valve stem is configured i would not expect it to work.
Tannus insert would probably work.
I could see tubeless sealant gumming that thing up quick
I couldn't see why people thought it wouldn't work - forgot there was a new version. The old Tyrewiz should work fine with cushcore but I don't know if those are still available?
Part of my reason for thinking it would not work is I don’t feel like I get the proper pressure number from a gauge no matter what with cushcore.
the opening at the valve stem on the new version appears to be an opening at the end of the stem, cushcore and other insert compatible valves have the air openings on the sides so when the insert pushes against it, the openings for airflow don't get blocked
looks like there is also a cutout on the side?
