The weather got the better of the venue, with high winds shutting down the gondola forcing the organizers to shorten the course and the riders to push up. A World Cup worthy field still took to the hill to duke it out today, with Gee and Rachel Atherton clocking up another double win. With a 1min20 course, it's of course impossible to use this race as any kind of indication of how the World Cup will play out in Fort William in a couple of weeks, so we'll just have to bide our time.
