just got the go pro HD so I am trying out the different settings and learning to edit the files. this is the 720p/30 fps it's pretty clear when the filmer isn't going over bumps. Editing the footage is a little different. Final Cut Express wont except the .MP4 file so I use imovie which converts the file to .mov, then import it to FCE. sometimes imovie only brings in half the clip. so look over the clips before you delete them from the camera.
