This one is with the mountain bike crew who ride, travel, and work together almost every day. The concept of all these videos was to show how passionate and obsessed Specialized employees are with designing and riding bikes.

this is pretty awesome. cool to see a bike company work to recruit through developing their own brand. "its a selfish purist. we want to ride the best bikes, so might as well make the best bikes and then we can play with them all day long"-goes beyond 'work'
